In 2006, FOTON LOVOL H. I. began to sell its products in Sudan market, and its products received warm welcome from Sudan customers by excellent product quality and elegant appearance deign; therefore, Sudan government prefers to purchase the company’s products. To better the after-sales service, FOTON LOVOL H. I. established 14-person service team to reside in Sudan for 70 days in H1, 2009, in a bid to complete missions like product reinstallation, commissioning, and wheat harvesting operation. During the course, the service team fought against the awful weather to successfully finish the service tasks which were highly praised by Sudan government. In addition, FOTON LOVOL H. I.’s products also passed different tests and the company won the users’ trust by competitiveness. Due to this, the Sudan government immediately made the decision to continue the cooperation and purchase, which laid a firm foundation for FOTON LOVOL H. I.’s follow-up projects.

In July 2009, according to Sudan government’s requirements, FOTON LOVOL H. I. invited Sudan’s service engineers to FOTON LOVOL H. I. for skill improvement training, and the training course lasted for 10 days, with training items covering: 4LZ-2 series harvesters’ structure, troubleshooting, maintenance, and sorghum harvesters interchange, etc. FOTON LOVOL H. I. employed the training mode of theory plus practical disassembly & assembly to achieve excellent training effect.

  The ending of Sudan Service Personnel Skill Training Class unveiled the prelude of “2009 Overseas Service Personnel Training Activity”. In the future, FOTON LOVOL H. I. will successively hold a series of training classes carted to overseas dealers’ service personnel.
